Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes

Monthly meetings are held the second Monday of each month with the exception of the annual meeting in June.

Meetings are held inside the PCI Clubhouse at 5:30 pm.  The Annual meeting is held on the second Sunday in June at 1:00 pm inside the PCI Clubhouse.

Board meetings are open to members.  Members who have specific issues they would like addressed are asked to contact the POA office 7 days prior to the meeting.  To facilitate the board meetings workload and discussions the board attempts to answer members concerns and or questions outside of the board meeting.
