As you may already know, the use of golf carts in Timber Ridge is now limited.  After several near-miss accidents involving golf carts, as well as increased vandalism in Timber Ridge in which the offenders were operating golf carts, the Pass Christian Police Department has decided to strictly enforce the city ordinance that prohibits the operation of golf carts on public roads in Timber Ridge.  Therefore, please be reminded that golf carts are no longer allowed on our streets in Timber Ridge.  THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE WHEN GOLFERS ARE TRANSPORTING THEMSELVES TO AND FROM THE PCI GOLF CLUB TO THEIR HOMES IN TIMBER RIDGE.  If a policeman catches you operating a golf cart in Timber Ridge for any other purpose, the golf cart may be impounded and you may be issued a citation for operation of an unauthorized vehicle on a public road.

 

 

 

 

TIMBER RIDGE SECURITY ACCESS CARDS

  • Security Access Cards are available to those property owners current on their annuals dues and not in violation of any covenants.
  • Contact the TRPOA office for pick up options.
  • Security Access Cards are not transferrable to non-resident or non-members.
  • Replacement Security Access Cards will be $30.00 per card.
  • Renters must have signed authorization from the property owner to pick up Security Access Cards.
  • Residents (card holders) will be held responsible for the actions of their renters and guests.
  • 24 hour Security Camera monitoring will take place at Treasure Point and the Swimming Pool areas.
  • Forcible entry or unauthorized use of either facility will result in immediate termination of Security Access Cards and potential prosecution.
  • Violation of the guidelines will result in de-activation of cards.
